a scathing attack by peter breggins on evidence based medicine... but he is too militant to my liking...i think he is as much blinded by dogmatism like the ones he criticize..though his points of view on psy medications is to be kept in mind
Peer review becomes a closed system, an old buddy network that systematically excludes every scientist who pursues objectivity and honesty rather than service to the particular power structure in which the journal is embedded
